Enter the customer account number or order number. This ties the rating back to a specific record in reporting. Use the same reference format you use in your CRM or order system.
Enter a short label for this send group -- typically the current quarter. This is used to group survey sends together in reporting (e.g. all Q2 delivery surveys). Use a consistent format across your team.
